“Lest we forget”

The recent 11th November remembrance services commemorating our fallen war hero’s, prompted me to think of other spiritual connections, which although unseen, I feel are an important part of our lives.

Lets not forget that angel energy is all around us we just cannot see it!

Often forgotten is the energy that we cannot see. Angels have their own loving energy. Bee…lieving in the unseen allows me to feel the energy of angels. I myself have experienced this energy quite often. The best and quickest way to feel this energy is a regular commitment to meditation and meditative activities / practice along with relaxation. Then in this mediative, relaxed state more play and laughter will come (Angels love you in this state) and the energy will flow.

Meditation and relaxation are vital to your mental health and your overall wellbeing.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that” (Martin Luther King Jr)

As Martin Luther King stated only light drives out darkness. Its normal to have a full spectrum of emotions as a mere human being on this planet called Earth, however for me it is about taking emotion and using it as fuel to motivate me to make healthy positive changes, not producing more of the same where change does not occur. For me it is about solution resolution not repeating the same old problem. If you do the same you will more than likely get the same result.

“If you want different results, do not do the same things” (Albert Eienstein)

I wrote this blog today as a reminder to not forget our light beings, our angels, our unseen energies. In our busy often fast paced lives we can often forget and think that we are alone, however we are not alone, angels are beings of light and love who are always with us, even though we cannot see them. They are their to protect us and guide us on our life path.

I am not always in sync to this helpful energy but I think it is a shame for us all if we do not experience this helpful energy at some time.

Lets be the light!

Relaxation and what helps me to relax :-

1) Meditations – It depends on my mood, be it silent, guided etc. I use my intuition to decide. There are plenty of good ones on Youtube or lots of meditation groups, meditations  you can do online, which I often join. WW is creating a meditation playlist of ones that we feel are helpful and this will be available in the near future.

2) Candle gazing –  staring at a candle for a while can have a calming effect on the nervous system.

3) Walking in Nature – remember we are all part of nature and feeling connected to nature can help us to relax

4) Epsom salt baths Epsom Salt Baths ? Yes or No ?

5) Watercolour painting

6) Cardmaking

7) Music – Classical, country, pop etc  – with these choices I try to use my own intuition to see what will help me to relax in that moment. It can be anything, I like most types of music and I am open minded and will give anything a try.

8) Dancing and singing

9) Sounds of nature – waves, flutes, rainforest, beach, tropical breezes, rain, fire crackling

10) Dimly lit room –  I think its very relaxing listening to the rain or the sounds of nature beneath a nice cosy blanket.

When you find the right balance for you, you will feel more in flow with energy. You don’t have to be perfect, just be yourself.  No-one is perfect we are human after all :).

Love and lots of light –  WW Rachael xx ❤️
